ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
AnimeCon London offers an assortment of interactive activities that reach all learning styles and levels of interest.
If you require a carer with you, that carer will be granted a pass at the Special Services Desk at the show on arrival. No need to register, just enquire at the desk.
For those who need it, there is Disabled parking close to the entrance of the venue and the show is all on one level making it easy for wheelchair access after entry.
Seating areas are located throughout the event space for your convenience.
All visitors, including those in wheelchairs and those with special needs will find AnimeCon to be a fun, enriching and educational experience.
Registered service animals of any kind are welcome.

What if I require a medical companion?
Fans who require accessibility services and have a medical/support companion with them may request a complimentary admission pass for their service person.
The medical companion will receive a general admission one-day pass and will be granted access to the same areas of the show as the fan requiring assistance.
For example, if a VIP Pass is purchased, their companion will receive a complimentary day pass and will be given access to all VIP areas, lines and lounges etc. to aid the fan who requires their assistance.
Medical companions / supporters are required to stay with and assist the patron with access needs.
The medical companion is not entitled to any merchandise benefits, “line-jumps” or exclusive benefits.
The complementary admission pass must be collected from the Accessibility Services Desk on the same day it is used.
Please note that if the attendee is planning on attending the show for more than one day, that is, has a multiple-day pass, the companion must retrieve their complimentary day pass each day individually from the Accessibility Services Desk.
toilets
Drumsheds has accessible mobile toilets which are located on the external pathway before entering the venue and on the ground floor inside the venue. Both of which can be opened via a RADAR Padlock.
In the venue there are also accessible toilets located on level 0 and level 1 that can be unlocked using a RADAR Key. If you have a RADAR key, please bring this with you. There will be staff located next to the toilet to assist if not.
Please note Drumsheds also hire out RADAR keys from the info point; this is free of charge but will require a £5 deposit.

Drumsheds is accessible via Meridian Water station (National Rail), which has step-free access via a lift and is 1609 metres from the venue.

Meridian Water is the closest station to Drumsheds London, followed by Tottenham Hale and Hackney Downs.

bus:
By bus, the numbers 192 and 341 stop near the venue. All TFL bus routes are served by low-floor vehicles, with a dedicated wheelchair space and an access ramp. They can also 'kneel' to reduce the step-up from the pavement.
taxi:
Taxi drop offs can be made in our designated taxi drop off point within the venue gates which will be signposted on arrival. As well as leaving plenty of time, we recommend that you check the Transport for London journey planner and its status updates to check for any changes to services.
We also have stewards at Meridian Water station to guide attendees to the relevant exit and to the venue entrance, as well as answer any queries you may have.
step free access:
Drumsheds has step-free access to the box office, toilets (level 0 and Level 1) and all main event spaces. These areas can be accessed via the lift.
