Will the event sell out?

There is a strong possibility of selling out. AnimeCon is the largest Asian culture events to take place in the UK and we are expecting large crowds. To ensure your admission to the event, purchase your tickets online before the event (and save money) or at the venue’s box office during the event. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available onsite at the Box Office the weekend of the event so keep refreshing this site to check availability.

Can I just rock up at the entrance of the show with my print off ticket voucher?

Yes, we will scan your tickets upon arrival.

Are there paid autographs like a Comic Con?

AnimeCon will offer paid autographing with various guests – with the guests themselves charging for their signatures. No special ticket is needed to attend these signings. During each official paid autograph signing session, fans with VIP bracelets may move to the front of the line. Simply show your VIP wristband to a staff member. You MUST still pay for your autograph.

Are there free Autograph sessions?

Some guests will be signing on stands in the Halls. Please note VIP wristband does not guarantee its wearer can skip to the front of any queue inside the Exhibit Hall. As the show does not directly control on-stand signings.

I purchased passes but not received them yet?

If you did not receive your confirmation email, you can email The Fanatics Group Customer Service or you can use your confirmation number to pick up your tickets at the Box Office located in the entrance of the show on the day of the event you booked.

Will online ticket sales end?

Online ticket sales will not end so you could save money and book when you turn up at The NEC (subject to availability). The weekend of the event, tickets might will be available at the onsite box office pending a sell-out.

Is it worth me waiting for a discount ticket with Groupon?

In a word…No. There will be no discount tickets available with discount voucher companies to the show.

Is my ticket good for only one day or the whole weekend?

The ticket you purchase online is valid only for the date you purchase it for. For example, if you choose Saturday for your tickets, you can arrive Saturday only. If you purchase a festival 2 day pass the wristband you are issued with gets you in on all 2 days.

I purchased tickets for the wrong day, can I switch my tickets?

All ticket sales are final and non-transferable. If you would like to switch to a different day, we will assist you as best we can, pending day availability. Please email The Fanatics Group Customer Service.

I do not own a printer, is a phone screen of my QR code OK; how do I get my tickets if I purchased online?

Tickets purchased online should be printed out and brought with you to the event but it is OK to save paper and ink and bring the QR code on your phone. You will be day specific wristbands so we know if you have been in….or not. Please make every effort to print your eTickets before arriving at the venue to ensure a smooth entrance into the event. If you are unable to print your tickets before the event, please bring your order number and photo ID to the O2 box office located in the entrance of the venue. Please make your barcode large on your screen when you arrive as it will make your entrance into the show quicker.

Do I have to buy a ticket for my brother/ sister who is under 10?

No, children 10 years and younger do not need a ticket.

My name is on my confirmation, but I will not be the one attending the event. How do I change the name on the confirmation?

The name on the confirmation only refers to the individual that purchased the ticket. If the order is valid entry will be fine.

My ticket says I’ll need to bring a photo ID of the ticket purchaser and credit card used to purchase the tickets, what if I don’t have those?

These cards are not required. A photo ID and/or credit card make it easier to verify an order in our database. However, if you received the tickets as a gift and do not have these forms of identification, we will still be able to verify your tickets.

What do I do if I did not receive the email confirming my order?

Your confirmation will be emailed to you from The Fanatics Group. Please check your SPAM or Junk Folder for the email(s) if you do not see them in your Inbox. If you are still having trouble, check to see if payment was taken from your bank account and if it was, please email The Fanatics Group Support.
