James Day is a British-Malaysian actor and voice talent, based in London, celebrated for his diverse roles in both television and gaming. He is best known for his performance as Thaliak in the game Final Fantasy XIV, a role particularly meaningful to him as a dedicated long-time player. Recently, James has lent his voice to Aalto, in the newly released and rapidly rising game, Wuthering Waves. On television, he stars as Jin Hathaway in CBBC’s So Awkward Academy. Other notable videogame roles include SilverAsh in Arknights and Hideyoshi Toyotomi in Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening, among many others.

James has recently started streaming the games he has voiced in, and has been enjoying engaging with fans, as well as experiencing what it’s like to meet his characters in game
